Have you ever had one of the days when you just feel blah? You see things around you that need to be done, but then you think..Why? No one will notice any way. You try and find something to do that will bring you a little joy, but nothing seems to?
I am having one of those days, I need to vaccum the house.. but why? I should do the dishes, but why? It's so much easier to sit on my rear and do nothing.

I had many of those days before I went in to the psych ward. It got to the point where I could barely get out of bed, and I couldn't even shower or do anything.
One of the things I learned was when I was feeling that way is know that you don't have to do anything like vacuuming or the dishes. And that's ok. They suggested doing something you enjoy. For me it would be scrapbooking, taking pictures, taking a coloring book & colors. Calling a good friend who understands what I've been going through. Even though I'm not fond of Exercise, take a short 5 or 10 minute walk. Something about the endorphines helping. Do something for YOU. That is what is most important.
Sending you lots of love, hugs, and prayers Kandi. Let me know if you need to talk. I can give you my cell number.
